William “Willie” Leyendecker was born April 11, 1957 in Levelland to Wilford Sr. and Patsy Ramirez Leyendecker. He graduated from Levelland High School. Willie worked as a roofer in a family owned business with his father, his brother, and son for several years. He worked for Sundown Well Service as an oil field Derek Hand, and Muscle White as a truck driver. His hobbies were watching the Dallas Cowboys, spending quality time with his son and family, cooking out doors (he was famous for his great ribs). He enjoyed life to the fullest. Willie went to be with the Lord December 7, 2020. He will be missed by friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; Wilfrod Sr. and Patsy Ramirez Leyendecker.
He is survived by his Sons; Adrian Leyendecker of Levelland, Andrew Leyendecker, and William Henry Leyendecker Jr. both of Dallas,
Daughters; Eva Ojeda, Martina Mireles, and Pauline Hernandez, all three of Levelland, 10 Grandchildren,
Sister; Sandra (Victor) Leyendecker Reyes of New Braunfels,
Brother; Wilford Leyendecker Jr. of Levelland,
and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation and reflections of Life will be Monday, December 14th, from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel of Levelland.
Recitation of the Rosary will be Monday, December 14th, at 7:00 P.M. at Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel
Graveside Service at the City of Levelland Cemetery will be Tuesday, December 15th, at 11:00 A.M. Officiating will be Fr. Jonathan Phillips and music will be provided by Johnny Vasquez
