Sammy, graduated from Three Way High School in Maple, Tx in 1977. He married Janie Bertha Garza on April 19th, 1980 in Levelland and they had two sons from this union. They moved from Petit to Whiteface and then to Levelland . Sam, was a DOT Inspector for several years and worked for a variety of Oil field Companies . He was in Who’s Who, and his hobbies were playing Basketball, Hunting, Paint and Body Shop refurbishing classic cars and trucks, reading, barbequing out doors for his family, he and his wife Janie, would cook authentic Mexican cuisine dishes and delicious homemade desserts and pastries from scratch . Sammy liked being a couch Potato, and enjoyed watching Western Movies, SiFi , Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and all Sports. A long time member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church of Morton and St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Levelland.
