Quincy, was born March 8th, 1962 in Lubbock to David & Sue Adams Flowers. He married the love of his life Julie S pence on April 7th, 1999 in Lubbock and they had eight children from this union. He worked for Ralls High School and Texas Tech Police Department for 15 years and for TDCJ for over 5 years. He enjoyed painting, going to stock shows, smoking his cigars, riding horses, spending quality time with his family, cruising around town and liked visiting with all of his neighbors and friends in Smyer. “ He never met a stranger”.
