Pedro Villagas, passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Friday evening March 20th, 2026 in Lubbock. He was blessed with six children from his former marriage. Pedro, worked as a Roustabout and Pusher for several years for Joplin Oil Company and M & Q. His hobbies fishing with his family at Robert Lee, White River, Fresnos, and traveling to Lockhart Just to go buy the delicious Mexican sausage. His passion was participating and taking his beautiful 1963 Black Chevy S10 Truck with a 454 engine to the car shows. Liked going to the flea market off of Ave. L & K in Lubbock in the 1980’s. Arrow Heads, off of Hwy 1585. Collecting antiques, pocket knives, a lot of coins, and nick knacks, Listening to Mexican music, and Barbequing. He attended San Isidro Catholic Church in Sundown and St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Brownfield.

Daughters: Beverly Villegas and Sheila Villegas both of Lubbock
Sons James Villegas, and Nicholas Villegas both of Lubbock and Michael Villegas and Pedro “Pete” Villegas IV both of Sundown
Grandchildren: 17 Great Grand Children: 7
Brothers: Joe Villegas of Levelland, Richard Villegas of Alice, Tx, Oscar Villegas of Florida.
