Pedro Guardiola, at the age of 20 came from Monterrey, Mx in 1954 to Whiteface, Tx where he settled for the rest of his life. He married Elida Hinojosa in Monterrey, Mx on February 11th, 1968 they were blessed with 8 children from this union. He was a farm and Rancher worked for Dan Valentine for 28 years and Bill Lasater for 19 years. He was a cowboy working Charolais cattle and breaking bronc horses, listening to Mexican Music with Accordion de Monterrey Nortenas, ,Cotton farmer driving tractor and harvesting seasonal. He’d work on tractor motors mechanically. His joy was working with his son Oscar at his mechanic shop in Whiteface. His hobbies were cooking outdoors for his family and friends and riding horses. He was a good father that loved all of his family and grandchildren. He would attend services at St. Ann’s Catholic Church and St. Michael’s Catholic Church both
