Nancy Ann Hinson, graduated from Sundown High School in 1957, and continued her education at Jessie Lee’s Beauty and Hair Design Institute of Lubbock, where she received her certification as a licensed cosmetologist and professional hairdresser. She worked for over forty years doing what she loved.  She was married to Joe Harold Hinson from 1965-1990. Following his death, she married Danny Meadows in Las Vegas, Nv. in 2001. Her hobbies included cooking fabulous meals for her family, going shopping and purchasing all sorts of jewelry and stylish clothing. Nancy was always “dressed to the hilt." She also collected posters of famous singers,  loved country and western music, rock and roll, and was especially enthusiastic about Elvis Presley. She was  known as an excellent jitterbug dancer, and taught her sons how to dance the two-step right there in her kitchen while cooking family meals.  Nancy treasured visiting on her cell phone with family and friends   (after she learned to use it and wasn’t fighting with it.)  She can be described as very loving, and caring. She was a sweet daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother.  She relished all of her sons and grandchildren. She shall be greatly missed by her family and friends.
