Monica Ann Rodriguez

Monica was born on September 15th, 1974 in Brownfield to Gabriel and Anavelia Garza Alvarado. She graduated from Ropes High School in May 1994. She married Michael Rodriguez on July 31st, 2000 in Sonora. They were blessed with three children. She was a homemaker, and her hobbies were sewing, coloring, reading her bible, writing in her daily journal. Monica loved attending all of her children’s sporting events and spending time with her grandchildren.

Reflections of Life and Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 24th, 2020 from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. @ Head Duarte Funeral Home then resume Visitation on June 25th, 2020 @ St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Levelland, from 9:00 A.M. until service time.

A Rosary will be held @ Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel @ 7:00 P.M. in Levelland on Wednesday June 24th, 2020

Funeral Services: Thursday June 25th, 2020 @ 2:00 P.M. @ St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Levelland. Officiating the service will be Rev. Jonathon Phillips. Music will be provided by Johnny Vasquez.

She is survived by her Parents; Gabriel and Anavelia Garza Alvarado of Sundown, Spouse of 20 years; Michael Rodriguez of Levelland, Daughter; Brittney Gail Alvarado of Lubbock, Sons; Michael Paul Rodriguez Jr. of Levelland and Antonio (Valarie) Alvarado of Lubbock, 2 Grandchildren; Zarian Michael Alvarado and Elena Anavelia Alvarado, 2 Sisters; Abigail Alvarado (Adam Pantoja) of Sundown and April Medina of Brownfield, 3 Brothers; Gabriel Alvarado Jr., Jason Alvarado both of Levelland and Jeffery Alvarado of Brownfield, along with a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
