Mark Allen Rucker, was born on May 20th, 1974  in Lubbock, Tx his parents are Jax and Dellwyn McSpadden.  Mark, served for several years in the United States Navy as a machinist’s Engine man 3RD Class Petty Officer and received his honorable discharge on August 27th, 1996 .    He married Judy Gross, on November 8th, 1997 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  They moved to Lubbock from Sundown in 2018.   He was a project Mgr. Mechanic 13 years Construction.   His hobbies were fishing, hunting, traveling, scuba diving, golfing, cooking out doors with his popular fish fries, & Turkey fries.  Mark, loved spending time with all of his family.
