Raised in Levelland by Jeff and Thelma Tucker. He attended School in Levelland and later graduated from Carlsbad New Mexico High School in 1974. Mark, worked at Triple C Concrete of Lubbock. He was a professional Truck Driver for various companies for over 40 years. He was a driving instructor for ATDS Truck Driving School in Lubbock, Tx. In his younger years, Mark ran track in high school breaking state records in the 660 in Levelland at 1.26.6 & the 880 in Carlsbad, N.M. at 1.47.7 some records are still unbroken. Mark enjoyed life especially water sking , Mortor –cross, race-cars, and fishing. His love of music included a wide collection of classic rock artist. Also known as the Hacky –Sack king in these parts. He still enjoyed talking on his CB radio with a handle of “Boom-man” while he may be 10-7 (signing off) he will always be 10-10 continuing to listen on the side. His contagious smile and laugh will be greatly missed.
