Margret Ivy Oglesby, was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grand, great great grandmother and aunt.
She attended school in Nash, Tx where she grew up. She married Jimmy Oglesby in 1978 in Eunice, New Mexico. Margret, worked for the Spotted Horse Restaurant in Hamilton, Tx for several years as a cook and hostess. She moved to Levelland with her granddaughter Tiffany Dawson in May of 2023. Her hobbies were reading books by Ann Rule and watching old western movies and series, spending time with her pet cat “Pudalou” and planting her 4 O’clock flowers, cooking fried chicken “the best cook ever” for her family , visiting with friends, took care of all her grandchildren and helping others when needed.
