Lou Ann was born August 6, 1946 in Kingsville, TX to H. C. and Alice Bishop Donnell. She married Donald Thoms, Nov. 25, 1966 in Levelland. They were blessed with three children. She worked for Levelland Independent School District as a secretary at the Junior High School for several years. She liked watching her favorite game shows and soap operas on television. Lou Ann was a good Christian and attended Methodist Church. Most of all, Lou Ann enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren. Lou Ann went to be with the Lord October 29, 2020

She was preceded in Death by her parents; H. C. and Alice Bishop Donnell, Brothers Robert “Bob” Donnell, Gene Donnell, Sister; Lynn Cherry.

She is survived by her Spouse of 53 years; Donald Thoms of Levelland, Daughter; Amanda Lois Spann of Idalou, Sons; Timothy Daren Thoms, Justin Trey Thoms, both of Levelland, 5 Grandchildren.
