Justin Allan, was born on December 10th, 1988 in Lubbock  to Jason Allan Smith and Rebecca V. Cummings.   He graduated from Graham  High School .  Justin Allan, was a father of three sons.  He was a mechanic working on motorcycles and as an oil field hand for several years in Graham.   He moved to Levelland from Graham in 2019.  He liked to go traveling, camping, fishing, spending time with his family and friends.   He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Graham.
