Juanita Garza Quintanilla was born May 15, 1942 in Lyford, TX to Jose and Maria Zamora Garza. She went to be with the Lord on October 19, 2020. She married Victor Quintanilla Sr., on November 22, 1961 in Brownfield. She worked as an over the road truck driver for 35 years for Quintanilla Trucking. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, listening to a variety of Spanish music. She always wore a smile and enjoyed family time with all her children and grandchildren. She loved participating in the Catholic Women’s Organization as a Guadalupana for several years. Juanita was a life time member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Levelland.

She was preceded in death by her Parents; Jose and Maria Zamora Garza, Spouse; Victor Quintanilla Sr., Sons Ricky Quintanilla and Victor Quintanilla Jr., Brothers; Rey Garza, Jose Garza Jr., Guadalupe Garza, and Sister; Susie Arriaga.

She is survived by Daughter; Victoria Quintanilla Ochoa of Levelland, Son; Victor Quintanilla III of Lubbock, Grandchildren; Alex and Max Hernandez, Marisa & Juan Pablo Quintanilla, Sister; Rosa Felan of Lamar, Colorado, Brothers; Robert (Connie) Garza of Sundown, Santiago (Inocencia) Garza of Denver City, Vanny (Maria) Garza of Eagle Pass, Raymond (Cindy) Garza of Arkansas.

Visitation and reflections of Life will be held Tuesday, October 20th, from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. @ Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel of Levelland.

Recitation of the Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday evening, October 20th.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, October 21st, at 2:00 P.M. @ St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Levelland

Officiating will be Deacon Sergio Vidales and music will be provided by Johnny Vasquez. Interment will follow at the City of Levelland Cemetery of Levelland
