Joe Randall, was born on September 13th, 1957 in Tyler, Tx to Samuel and Lessie Brown Osborn . He attended High School in Tyler in his younger years. He moved to Levelland in 1984 from Tyler, Tx. Worked for as a Machinist for Big 3 Pump in Levelland for several years. Joe, married his best friend Catherine Davenport Salazar, on December 9th, 2022 in Levelland. His hobbies were fishing, game rooms, dancing, and going out to eat. He enjoyed watching a variety of Western Movies on the Grit Channel and listening to Country Western music, Rock and Roll, and R & B music, a collector of Knick Knacks like tools, washer and driers, old broken down motors to work on and tinker with. Joe, was a friend to everyone and no one was a stranger.
