Irene Gomez, was born on January 10th, 1958  in Levelland to Guadalupe Marquez and Angelita Chavarria Gomez. Irene, graduated from Levelland High School in her younger years and continued her education at South Plains College and also took a course in dancing there.  She married the love of her life on April 13th, 2007 in Levelland they shared four sons from this union.   She enjoyed doing Arts & Craft shows as a vendor with her husband Alex where they would create a variety of beautiful items , and also enjoyed going to the Casinos, loved spending time with her grandchildren,  she was quit the pro-softball player, bowler, and seamstress, and dancer.    She was a life time member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Levelland.
