Gilberto A Tijerina

Gilberto A. Tijerina,  married Andrea Reyes, on August 31st, 1955 in Charlotte, Texas  and they were blessed with 5 children from this union.   He worked as a farmer  for Ed Reynolds of Pettit, Tx, He owned and operated Tijerina farmers  for several years in Pettit, Tx with his two sons.   His hobbies were auto mechanics, deer hunting in south Texas, making parties cooked out doors on the disco and listening to a variety of Mexican music and occasionally enjoying a cold drink with all of his family and friends.   He  was a loving family man with good morals  , he liked playing pool with his sons at the Tip Top Pool Hall.  He was a long time member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Levelland.

Daughters:   Beatrice (Guadalupe) Jasso and Yolanda Mares both of Levelland, and Maria Torres  of Lubbock

Brother:  Jacinto Tijerina of Wolfforth, Texas

Sisters:   Tomasa Gutierrez of Pearsall, Tx and Janie T. Rodriguez of Levelland

Grandchildren:  13    Great Grandchildren:  32    Great Great Grand children :  5
