George Eugene Gardner

Gene moved to Levelland in 1987 from Morton. He married Connie on June 7th, 1988. Gene was a self employed Cotton Farmer and worked in agriculture for over 50 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace Turner and Norma Lee Gardner; son, Kenneth Gardner

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Connie Gardner; son Derek and his wife Hannah Gardner of Plano, Texas; daughters Kayla (Mark) Eggleston of Burleson, and Samantha (Michael) Sontag of Colorado Springs, CO. 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation is being held on Thursday March 5th, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday March 6th from 9:00 A.M until 9:00 P.M. at Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel of Levelland.

Funeral services will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Lubbock Saturday March 7th at 10:00 A.M. Officiating the service will be Dr. David Wilson.
