Ethel Mae was born on June 1st, 1949 in Rosebud, TX to D. C. Clewis and Lorean Taylor Clewis. She attended school in Rosebud. Ethel moved to Levelland in 1960 from Whiteface. She worked for Levelland Nursing Home for 15 years. Her hobbies were cooking, being a homemaker, watching soap operas, e.g., "As The World Turns", doing crossword puzzles, babysitting for families in town, and watching her grandchildren. Ethel loved spending quality time with her family and friends. She will be missed by all.
Visitation and Reflections of Life will be held Wednesday July 1st, 2020 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. Family will be receiving friends and family from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. @ Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel of Levelland. Visitation will resume Thursday @ 9:00 A.M. until Service time at Cactus Drive Church of Christ in Levelland.
Church services will be held Thursday July 2nd, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. @ Cactus Drive Church of Christ in Levelland. Officiating will be Pastor Aaron Scott and music will be provided by Debra Franklin.

She is survived by Spouse of 53 years; Ernest Hall Sr. of Levelland, 4 Sons; Earnest (Mary) Hall Jr. of Whiteface, Curtis Hall, and Joshua Hall of Levelland, and Phillip Donta Hall of El Paso, 2 Daughters; Angela Hall (Orthia R. Smith), and Joyce Clewis (Robert ) Huey, both of Levelland, Brother; Henry (Sara) Clewis of Levelland, Sister; Dorothy (Clarence) Hurd, of Levelland, 14 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grand Children, and a Host of Nephews, Nieces, Cousins and family members and friends.
