Evangelina Rodriguez, was born on May 2nd, 1953 in Levelland. She married Manuel Bustillos, on October 9th, 1982 in Whiteface and they had three children from this union. Evangelina, received her Associates degree from Draughon’s Business College in Lubbock. Her life passion was playing with her grandbabies, listening to oldies music, and driving around town.
