Donald , was a wonderful  husband, father, and grandfather.   Served in the United States Texas National Guard Army 1982-1984 and the rest in the reserves PFC.   He married  Cheryl  Shetler,  and they shared two children from this union.   Donald was a self employed entrepreneur family  owned and operated Do Right Painting from 2003 – 2018.   He was very involved with the South Plains AA group for several years.   His hobbies were panning for Gold and his motorcycles.  His love for his family and his son was his number one.  Donald would take his Tea Cup Chihuahua “ Rambo” everywhere he’d go.    Everyone was a friend and No one was a stranger.
