Obituary

Barbara Lynn Sears , was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. She graduated from South Plains College in 1977 and continued her education and graduated with a Masters Degree from University of Texas Premium Basin in 1981 from Odessa, Tx with secondary education writer in Journalism .    Her husband was C. W. Sears  that has since passed.   Barbara, worked  as a secretary at SPC for Dr. Slaughter and for Travis Spears for two years .   As an apprentice journalist for the Levelland News press and Lamb County Leader News.   She also worked for the Sweetwater Reporter and helped them with their Sentinel  Edition of the news paper.  Her Hobbies were crocheting  wall hangings and created her own patterns, her passion was reading her bible and she loved everybody no one was a stranger.

Spouse:  C. W. Sears

Sisters:    Mary Walden, Linda Brimhall, Betty Brimhall

Daughters:  Tonni Cantrell of Plainview and Tammi ( Kevin) Brooks of Levelland
