It is with great sadness that the family of Armando Melendez Garcia, announce the passing of their beloved father, Brother, and dear friend to many.  He attended School in his younger years and continued his education and received his certification as an engineer and machinist. In Mexico he had his own business in  El Mercado Abran Gonzales Jimenez, Chih.a Candy Store,  fruit Grocery store  and Mgr. of a Peacan Orchards. An athletic trainer nick name “Bruce Lee” in Mexico.  He was blessed with a daughter from his former marriage with Mirta Melendez.  He was a Farmer and Rancher in Levelland for several years.  His hobbies were riding his Harley Davison motorcycle and attending car shows and car races, talented in painting cars, keeping his car clean, washed and detailed at all times.  Listening to a variety of Mexican music singing Karoke at restaurants and dance halls.  A person that would take his shirt off his back to help anyone and everyone.  No one was a stranger. Armando was an excellent father to Suky, a great cook. He had a lots of amigos Rogelio Martha, and amigas and all the staff at Taqueria Guadalajara Restaurant especially Jesus and Claudio.  Armando shall be greatly missed for his special singing, Jokes and laughter and the love that he would express to everyone.
